Enable Developer mode, choose “Load unpacked” and select the folder containing manifest.json.

A few things to know before getting started.
Can I download from every website?
Supports standard on-demand media accessible to your browser session. YouTube and its media domains are excluded. DRM, SAMPLE-AES, pay-protected content and live recording are not supported.
Why is no video detected?
Play the video first, then refresh detection. Automatic detection and cross-origin downloads may need website permissions. Browser internal pages, extension stores and protected media cannot be downloaded.
Do I need to keep a page open?
Keep the Download Center and browser open during downloads. Pause, resume and retry work within the same session. Resuming partial downloads after a browser restart is not yet supported.
Can I save just the audio?
Yes. Choose Audio to save a compatible existing track as M4A. There is no MP3 transcoding; incompatible codecs show an error.
Are media URLs or cookies uploaded?
Not to our servers. The extension contacts media sources directly. URLs and source context stay in session storage or memory; history contains only sanitized metadata.
